From the Birth of Civilization
As no records survive of how these signs were interpreted, Graham has conducted a comprehensive survey of hundreds of volunteers to determine the common traits astonishingly shared by those born under each sign. In this, his latest book, he unveils for the first time in millennia the personality, character traits, and destiny of those born under each mysterious sign of the original zodiac.
Göbekli Tepe, located in Upper Mesopotamia, modern southeastern Turkey, is the world’s oldest known human-made structure. Here, remarkable images of animals carved onto megaliths 6,000 years older than Stonehenge reveal the origins of astrology. These, along with millennia-old clay tablets found during excavations at the sites of ancient Babylon and Nineveh, indicate that the stars of the zodiac were once divided into 18 constellations, which were later replaced by the 12 signs familiar today. Enigmatically, these original zodiac signs were represented by unfamiliar creatures, such as the spider, the serpent, and the wolf.
